Womanity invests in transformative and sustainable solutions that advance global gender equality. For International Women’s Month, they invited thinkers, activists, entrepreneurs, researchers, and feminist leaders to contribute to ‘Womanifesto’ — a curated collection of actionable insights to build a more equitable and just world for women in all their diversity. They reached out to women who are doing amazing work on the frontlines, behind the scenes, and on the ground to advance gender equality in all its forms.
The Womanifesto spotlights women from across the world to represent the challenges they are tackling but also to highlight how universal the themes are. An activist running a network of underground schools for girls in Afghanistan, a child marriage survivor fighting to save other girls from a similar fate, a legal eagle advocating for equal pay, a public health specialist championing solutions to prevent violence against women & girls — these are just a few of the incredible women featured in our Womanifesto.
