Exchange Square Residents complex by Stephenson Studio

Exchange Square is a new residential and lifestyle destination, set in the UK’s second largest city, Birmingham. Being developed in phases, Phase One is known as Allegro at Exchange square. With 603 one, two and three bedroom apartments, a residents’ private club and cafes, bars and restaurants, Allegro is a highly sought-after location for those wanting to reside in the city centre.

As well as the stunning boutique hotel style interiors, a professional management team will be located on site to tend to the residents’ needs. The complimentary and exclusive members club is 5000 sq ft with a concierge service, gym, parcel lockers and private lounge, while residents can also make use of the 20,000ft landscaped residents’ roof garden. Communication with the concierge can all be made via a bespoke Allegro app, which will also offer residents the function to book a range of services such as dog walking, dry cleaning and private medical appointments.

A number of luminaires from the Delta Light range can be seen inside the luxurious members club, providing ceiling and wall lighting. Elsewhere in Allegro, Delta Light fittings have provided lighting for the state-of-the-art gym and the communal areas, including the illumination for the stunning spiral staircases.

The second phase at Exchange Square will see the completion of a further one, two and three bedroom luxury apartments and studios. This will be supported by over 50,000 sq ft of leisure led retail space, and a vibrant public square
