Held every October in Regent’s Park, Frieze Art Fair is one of the world’s most influential contemporary art fairs and brings an international focus to the dynamic contemporary art scene in London. The fair showcases new and established artists, with over 170 galleries from around the world, providing a unique opportunity to see and buy work. Frieze Talks 2011 includes John Bock, Alison Knowles and Taryn Simon, amongst its line-up of artists, filmmakers, curators and cultural commentators. Frieze Projects, the fair’s unique curatorial programme, has this year commissioned site-specific works from artists Bik Van der Pol, Pierre Huyghe, Christian Jankowski, Oliver Laric, LuckyPDF, Peles Empire, Laure Prouvost and Cara Tolmie.
